Mayor of East Jakarta Inaugurated Mosque Construction

The mosque construction is targeted to be finished in two months thus local citizens can use it for praying and religious activity

Mayor of East Jakarta, Bambang Musyawardana did a groundbreaking of Al-Ihlas Mosque construction in Kampung Pulo, RT 014/02, Kampung Melayu Urban Village, Jatinegara, Wednesday (12/30).

"The mosque construction is targeted to be finished in two months thus local citizens can use it for praying and religious activity," he expressed.

He urged, the privileged citizens could set aside some aids to accelerate the construction.

He told, Al-Ikhlas Mosque is the replacement for the demolished mosque in Ciliwung River normalization project. The new mosque position is slightly back from the old, considering there will be an inspection road project around the river.
